For the last few months President Obama made his priority campaigning to get Hillary Clinton elected. Perhaps his efforts should have been focused on securing jobs for the American people since in essence his job, if he performed it according to his Constitutional duty, would be to serve the people. Yet, his priority was political. At a time when America needs employment more than at anytime in the past, our president was out cracking jokes in front of shrinking Democrat and liberal crowds, criticizing GOP candidate Donald Trump, and pontificating as we can normally expect from him.
Jobs Mr. President Jobs!
It took President Elect, Donald Trump, to negotiate with Carrier Corporation in order to keep the heating and cooling giant to keep from relocating their operation to Mexico and laying off 1,200 employees from their present Indiana plant site. Why wasn’t President Obama trying to save the jobs of the American middle class? It does not make any difference that we are in an election year or that the president is presently in a “Lame Duck” position ultimately his concern should be for the welfare of the American worker, but he’s not. This typifies the priorities of a man who has consistently chosen political and personal choice over the his duty to the hard working middle class of America.
More double talk
When asked about Trump’s successful deal to encourage Carrier to remain in the US, Josh Earnest, White House Press Secretary responded that the President Elect would have to perform this task another 804 times in order to match the superb job retention achievement of President Obama. Let’s examine that statement when we are currently at a thirty year low dating back to 1978 employment levels. New housing starts in the US are at 1949 levels. Jobs that have been generated are overblown stats by the Fed due to the fact that many people working 2 or even 3 part time jobs are counted as 2 or three new jobs when there is only one single person who has employment. As we can always rely upon the federal government to do is to misrepresent the truth consistently beneath the rule of the Obama White House.
Ideological discrimination
With a federal government that awards free housing, medicine, education, and food stamps to Somali refugees placed in the US from abroad against the will of local officials, the same for illegal aliens from Mexico, as well as hormonal treatment for LGBT members of the illegal aliens who trespass across the US border with Mexico, where is the disaster relief for storm victims, support for ailing US veterans, or funding for US infrastructure? These facts exemplify the schism that exists between the out of control ideology of our president and his Democrat Party where their priorities are when it comes to serving the American people who should be their first priority. These are the actions of an out of control bureaucracy in Washington that is responsible for the continued losses of office across the nation by a socialist and out of touch Democratic Party.
